How much space do you have for it?
Trailers come in sizes from 36 feet long to 70 feet long. You’ll need enough space for the trailer of your choice and for the truck that brings it in. If the characteristics and traffic flow of the site will change over time, plan for trailer removal as well as trailer delivery.

Do you need storage space?
Mobile office storage space is a common request. Trailers can be configured with closets and other storage spaces. If you need more storage space than a mobile office trailer can provide, consider a locking storage container or ground-level office container.
Do you need a restroom?
Renting a jobsite trailer with a bathroom can save you the trouble of renting another porta potty or give you an extra, more private, more convenient bathroom facility for managers or customers. Trailers come with plumbing hookups, but of course you’ll need water and plumbing on site.
Customizing the trailer inside and out
